Our role is to manage and enhance our clients contractural position and to liase with, and advise other members of the professional and/or contracting team for the benefit and success of the project. The roles can include :

- Procurement advice
- Preperation of tender documentation
- Cost control and reporting
- Contract administration
- Ascertainment of loss and expense
- Contract advise and dispute resolution
- Payment recommendations
- Evaluation of variations
- Negotiation of final accounts
In carrying out these roles we can analyse the requirements of each project and tailor it to the needs of the client to ensure they achieve value both in terms of the service itself and more importantly in the success of the project as a whole.
